787 Seadoo Carb Removal

1998 Seadoo Speedster Rotax 787 Carb removal how to 1. Slide the tabs back on the air box 2. Remove the airbox cover, be careful of the seal if you need to use a screw driver 3. Remove the 6 bolts (#10 socket or #5 hex depending on carb) holding the plate holding the airbox and remove the box 4. Remove the air filter, be carful not to damage the seal 5. Remove the 4 hex head bolts (#5 hex) in the intake box and the 2 bolts holding it to the exhaust manifold 6. Using an allen wrench loosen the set screws holding the choke cable shaft 7. Loosen the jam nut holding the cable end and remove the cable from its holder 8. Remove the 4 bolts (#6 hex) holding the carb to the engine. SEADOO RXP 325 STAGE 1 REVIEW

Today we finally got Tyler’s new 325 broken in and modified to a stage 1 that we over at victory marine. Figured out that a Seadoo 300 intercooler is too small for a 325 and it will start to give an intake overheat code which was my problem when first testing. But after we put the stock cooler back on we got it to 80mph and was reading 81 on the dash at times with over half a tank of fuel. Super fast ski and turns super great. Overall ski is pretty good.
