Cossack Squats are one of my favourite bodyweight exercises. I started incorporating them into my training to improve my mobility and add more lateral based leg exercises into my program. My mobility wasn't great, so for me the cossack squat was a real challenge. I spent a lot of time trying out new progressions and focusing on mobility issues which over time improved my cossack and mobility.
