Band interview backstage at the 20 Year Anniversary Party in Stockholm. For this very special release, Sweden's Candlemass perform at a recent show filmed in Kolingsborg in their home country, as a celebration of 20 years of the band's doomination of the metal world. This set features guest appearances from members of acts such as Therion & Grand Magus, also including Michael Akerfeldt from Opeth who joins the band onstage for a storming rendition of 'At the Gallows End'; all contributing to a set-list spanning the band's career to date. Candlemass Live 20 Year Anniversary Party (2007)

In 2007, the mighty Candlemass put on a belated celebration show for the 20th anniversary of the band's existence. With a heap of guest vocalists, including the first live performance with original vocalist Johan Längquist, the show was a remarkable celebration of the amazing music put together by the band over the years. Sadly, iconic singer Messiah Marcolin does not appear on this show due to his bad relationship with the band at the time. However, enjoy guest performances by the likes of Thomas Vikström, JB Christoffersson, Mats Levén, Mikael Åkerfeldt, then permanent singer Robert Lowe and the mighty Tony Martin. This song is perfect for getting into the mood for Halloween (and if you are north of the equator like I am.. for the leaves to turn). The instrumental was put together by Oscar, DeadOnNight.
