Follow me: Twitter: Facebook: Imgur: Instagram: Pinterest: Ingredients for 2 servings: 300 g Chicken Breast 1 tablespoon Sunflower Oil Salt Pepper 2 Medium Potatoes 2 Big Mushrooms 25 g butter 2 Cloves Garlic 50 g Grated Cheese Parsley Step 1: Preheat the oven to 230 C. Cut the chicken breast into cubes and season with salt and pepper. Step 2: In a pan add the sunflower oil and cook the chicken until golden-brown. Step 3: Add the butter in the ceramic pan and melt it in the oven. Meanwhile cut the potatoes and the mushrooms into cubes. Add them in the ceramic pan and season with salt and pepper grains. Add the chicken and 2 cloves garlic and bake for 10 minutes. Step 4: Remove the pan from the oven and add the cooking cream. Bake for 45 minutes.
