Coaching for a more ethical world - David Clutterbuck

Without exception every major challenge for our fast-changing world requires moral leadership leaders who show courage compassion curiosity and connected-ness. A critical competence is the ability to recognise and manage ethical dilemmas with insight and wisdom. It is so easy for coaches to restrict the scope of their practice to the comfortable cycle of client-issue-coach. Yet this is like a school teaching its students to pass exams without developing them as concerned and caring human beings. The global ethical climate is in part our responsibility as coaches.
