This week we continued to follow our one set to failure. We are really grateful on how far we have come on this journey. Our weight loss might not be the fastest but we are still focusing on building and maintaining muscle on our bodies! Slower the weight loss the better! thanks Greg Doucette. We are only just getting started and we are so humbled by the support and comments you guys leave for us! We thank you all. We really do from the fagubrothers. Our routine Gym weight training 3 times a week 1.5 hr evening walks average around 10- 12k steps We hope to increase our walking to twice a day for week 23 on wards.
