Headlight Discoloration and WD 40

In this Episode I talk about headlight discoloration and look at all the cars because each and every one has some sort of issue. The Saturn Astra is by far the worst but I suspect its never had a headlight restoration unlike the Escalade which probably has. I also apply some WD-40 to the parking light assemblies of the Silverado and one brake light assembly to see how much of a difference it really makes. I wouldnt recommend using WD-40 on the light lenses as it doesnt remove the discoloration as much as it masks it. The same effect can be seen when your lights are wet with water and I suspect that with the oils in WD-40 it similarly flows into the scratches and irregularities but the oils dont evaporate as quickly.
