Volcano Hotend 1

In this video I explain and show why I think the Volcano hotend from E3D is an amazingly versatile system that delivers in a Big way! The Volcano is great at delivering Big layers making Fast prints and generating incredibly Strong layer adhesion! With nozzles sized at 0.6 0.8 1.0 and 1.2mm the Volcano hotend can print layers as small as 0.2 and as big as 1.1mm tall. E3D really did a great job designing this hotend keeping in mind overall cost thermal capacity and functionality. If you are curious about what makes this hotend unique or you already have one and need help determining what nozzle to use I hope this video is helpful. I highly recommend the Volcano nozzle to anyone who prints regular sized to large objects. If you like printing small jewelry or small parts the Volcano is not what you are looking for.
