Why Apple M1 is not ready to replace my desktop

with so much rave and review about the new Apple M1 chip. I was asked to test one out. it does what it does for normal light users very good for web and browser everyday office use. and light game however if you get into a heavy game at higher resolution there may be a problem. In my case when I go higher than 1080p .. I get no more than 35 frames and youtube starts to crackle on the stream. so this is not ready to replace my desktop but it is a supplement to my desktop,
