How to prepare mussels: When you purchase mussels make sure to unpack them Place them in the bowl and run with water After every wash place them in the colander Use your hands or clean scrubbing brush To rub off any debris like seaweed sand barnacles or mud spots that could be on the shell If you find any mussels with open shells lightly tap that mussels against the side of the sink When the mussels are completely clean drain them well and ready for cooking. Ingredients: mussels red onion garlic ginger powder lemon coriander leaves virgin coconut oil crushed vegetable cubes Instructions: Cut the red onion and garlic- place them on the plate Grate the lemon and cut it Place the 2 tbsp of unmelted virgin coconut oil to the pre-heated cooker Add the onion and garlic grated lemon ginger powder then stir. Add 2 pint of water then stir Cover it with a lid and cook for 5 minutes Time for checking. Add the crushed vegetable cubes and re-stir. Taste it. Cover it with lid and cook for another 5 minutes Once its cooked . Time for serving! As requested I need to cook another mussels for the day- we love it! Once its cooked add the coriander leavess.
