This recipe is made by my mom. And I want to share it with you. In my opinion this is the most tender and delicious liver cake I have ever eaten. Ingredients: Chicken liver - 300 gr Eggs 2 pcs. Milk 350 ml Flour 6-7 tbsp. Mayonnaise 200 gr Onion 1 pc. Garlic 2 cloves Salt 2 tsp. Pepper 1 tsp. Vegetable oil 50 ml For decoration: Cheese 100 gr. Parsley 20 gr. Cooking process: 1. Preparation of pancake batter. In a bowl: beat eggs add 3 tbsp. flour and stir with a whisk. Add milk and stir with a whisk. Add the remaining flour and mix with a whisk. Add salt and pepper and mix with a whisk. Rinse chicken liver and process it remove gall bladders and ducts pieces of fat veins and films. Cut the liver into pieces and pour it into a blender. Peel the onion and chop it. Add the onion to the liver in the blender and chop. Add the batter we prepared earlier to the chopped liver and onions in the blender and whisk everything together. 2. Frying pancakes. From the resulting mass in the blender fry pancakes on a preheated frying pan greased with vegetable oil. 3. Preparation of sauce for pancakes. Peel garlic cloves and run through a press. Mix garlic with mayonnaise. The resulting sauce can be salted if desired. 4. Forming the cake. Grease each pancake with garlic mayonnaise and stack on top of each other. Grate cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle the cake with it. Chop parsley and decorate the cake with it. Put the liver cake in the refrigerator to soak for 2-3 hours. Note: It is important to process chicken liver thoroughly so that there is no bitterness. Chicken liver can be replaced with veal liver. For those who like it saltier and spicier you can add more salt pepper or garlic. The decoration of the cake can be different according to your taste. The liver cake will taste better if you put it in the refrigerator to soak for at least 2 hours or better overnight.
