Mix oats and 5-7 Scoops of protein powder in a mixing bowl until they are fully integratedtogether 2. Throw the mixed nuts and raisins into the mixture and stir 3. Next put 2 spoonfuls of peanut butter and thoroughly stir and mash the peanut butter into themixture 4. Pour the honey into the bowl and mix 5. Finally add the cup of milk and mix the contents together to form a sticky paste 6. When thoroughly mixed pre-heat the oven to around 100 degrees and pop the mixture onto abaking tray 7. Leave the flapjacks in the oven for about 15-20 minutes until they slightly harden withoutburning and crisping around the sides 8. After about 15 minutes place the dark chocolate squares in a microwaveable bowl and keepheating for around 5 seconds until they melt into a slightly chunky paste. You can press thechocolate with a spoon to fully melt the now almost liquidised chocolate 9. Remove the flapjacks from the oven cut the correct slices and pour the melted chocolate ontothe flapjacks either by drizzling it evenly or pasting it completely over them 10. Leave the flapjacks to set for 15 minutes 11. Place the flapjacks in the fridge and allow them to harden for around 20-30 minutes dependingon your fridge temperature 12.
